Book Values and Appraisals

Book appraisers are professionals whose expertise is assessing the value of books. Appraisers use their experience in the book trade to establish the value of a book at a specific time, and they often specialize in certain types of works, such as children's books, first editions, or
history books.

Bayou Bindery does not appraise books. Follow these links to Web sites where you can find out what booksellers are asking
for certain titles:

Book appraisers can also be found by contacting those who use their services, such as rare book dealers and the special collections departments of libraries.
